Awards & Scholarships

Ross Sheppard students have been the recipients of a great number of awards and scholarships. Our Student Services  department is dedicated to making it as easy as possible for students to have access to awards and scholarships that will help our students pursue a post-secondary education. FMNI Scholarships

Scholarship for Indigenous Students - Essay Contest
 
The National Union of Public and General Employees is offering a $2,500 scholarship for Indigenous students. The winner will be determined on the basis of a 750-1,000 word essay on: 
The importance of quality public services in enhancing the quality of life of Indigenous students. 
 
To be eligible, you must be Indigenous student who is a child/grandchild of a current or retired member of a Component or affiliate of the National Union of Public and General Employees and are planning on entering the 1st year of a Canadaian post-secondary institution in 2020/2021. 
 
The application deadline is July 6, 2020.
